Rocket Espresso’s original Fausto is a great coffee grinder that produces a really uniform coffee grind and is also easy to use. However, the size of the grinder, especially in terms of height, can present challenges in many kitchens. This has been a major concern for home users.
That’s why Rocket Espresso has developed a smaller version of the grinder. The Faustino is more than 5 cm lower and much more compact than its big brother. Despite its smaller size, it comes with almost all of the same features.
Infinitely variable, micrometric adjustment for perfect espresso grinding. As with the Fausto, the adjustment is made on the lower grinding plate, so that the optimal settings are maintained even when the upper grinding burr is dismantled for cleaning.
Touch screen. All functions are managed from the same, easy to use touch screen. The grinder has automatic and reliable dosing with an accuracy of one-tenth of a second. You can program three different doses.
Precise funnel. The Faustino’s dosing funnel accurately directs the coffee grounds into the filter basket, without large clumps or static electricity.
The 50 mm burrs are precise and operate fairly quietly.
