Spare parts and technical support

Although the number of spare parts formally listed in the online store is currently few, in reality we have a fairly extensive range of parts in stock.

When you need a new part for your machine (from the brands we represent), you can always send us a request by e-mail. If the part is not in our own warehouse, we can custom order it directly from the manufacturer. For special shipments, a separate fee is charged for the manufacturer’s shipping costs.

Traditional, manual espresso machines are often maintenance-friendly. Together with the manufacturers’ technical support, we are also happy to help you with troubleshooting and advice when you want to service your equipment yourself.

Repair service

If necessary, you can also send your machine to us for repair. If you send in the machine with Posti or a freight forwarding company, you are responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.

Always contact Espressivo by email first and give a description of the problem. Sometimes there is a simple solution to the problem without having to send the machine anywhere. However, if you choose to send the machine to us for repair, we will agree on a convenient time and provide further instructions on how to ship the machine to us.

Troubleshooting costs 30 euros, and the actual repair work costs 40 euros / hour + the price of the necessary parts. If the necessary parts must be ordered from the factory, a delivery fee for the parts will also be added to the price.

After troubleshooting, we always provide a repair quote for customer approval before commencing with the actual repairs.
